Anyway, it turns out the hardest part of the whole process was just deciding on which couch I wanted. After that, the "check out" process went quickly. They waived the sales tax, which saved me about $40. The couch I wanted was in stock, so they were able to deliver it the next day. The woman advised me to call that evening to find out the delivery time frame for the next day. But I didn't even have to call. Someone called me first. They said they would come the next day between noon and 4 p.m.
The next day, the delivery guy called around 12:30 or 12:45. Then they arrived soon after, and I was truly impressed with how professional and quick they were. It was so fast and painless. We live on a third floor walk-up, so I was concerned about being charged extra for delivery or with difficulty coming up the stairs... but everything went just fine. It was pretty amazing.
The couch is in perfect condition, exactly what I wanted and what I expected. I was very pleased with my whole experience. I can't speak for anyone else, of course, but my experience with this store was terrific. I would definitely buy from them again. The prices are great, delivery was very reasonable ($69) and everything was very straight forward and professional."
