Their customer service was so amazing that they replaced the pillows and custom ordered a pair that my girlfriend approved of. I don't know how to thank them enough! And when you say that about a store, you know it's worth a five star review. Do yourself a favor shop around - but end up at Michaels Furniture because I know you will end up buying from them at a price you can't beat and service that is second to none."
